This not only improves ergonomics, but also makes complex maneuvers much easier. This is especially useful for complicated indications and when a second access port must be controlled, such as during unilateral biportal endoscopy.

The combination of the RoboFIX^® and the iLESSYS^® Pro or Delta Laminoscopes unlock true bimanual endoscopy for the
iLESSYS^® Biportal System.

Dynamic Position Control

By pressing and holding the release button, the arm can be moved into any desired position balanced. Once the button is released, the arm is locked into place and remains in the set position. Additional fine adjustments are possible using the integrated endoscope adapter.

Rock Solid Positioning

The RoboFIX^® provides a stable position. The magnetic joints can be locked in a desired position to maintain clear orientation and retain a steady image without any camera shake.
